Design system used to optimise the newsletter and transactional mail sent to clients.
The after sale is a an elementary tool when ensuring customer loyalty and when maintaining an opened relationship channel. Stradivarius had a common problem between big retailers: inconsistency in communication via newsletter. We’ve done a thorough study of casuistry technical limitations to create and implement an efficient and consistent design system that could solve a transitional problem, from communication to branding.
